Liveeuclean provides personalized mental recuperation plans designed to support individuals seeking structured guidance for mental well-being, stress management, mindfulness practice, and sustainable daily wellness habits. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Clarity Starter, a two-week introductory recuperation plan priced at $149.
• Balanced Renewal, a six-week comprehensive recuperation plan priced at $279.
• Complete Restoration, a twelve-week extended recuperation program priced at $449.
• Complimentary initial consultations to assess fit and plan suitability.
• Guided check-in sessions, digital resource libraries, audio materials, and written plan documents as described for each package.
• In-person and virtual sessions at our Houston, Texas location.

Our recuperation plans are educational and supportive wellness services. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, clinical psychology, psychiatry, or any form of regulated healthcare service. Liveeuclean does not provide diagnosis, clinical intervention, or emergency mental health services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase or use our recuperation plan services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account and Registration

Certain features of our services may require you to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Liveeuclean immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Purchasing Recuperation Plans

When you purchase a recuperation plan from Liveeuclean, you agree to pay the listed price in United States dollars plus any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect plans already purchased. Payment must be received before plan delivery begins. For installment arrangements available on select packages, you agree to the payment schedule communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of plan services.

Plan delivery begins after your initial consultation and personalized plan design are completed. Timelines for plan commencement may vary based on scheduling availability and the completeness of information you provide during the consultation process.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Liveeuclean, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during consultations and throughout your recuperation plan.
• Engage with plan materials and practices in good faith and according to the guidance provided.
• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling changes, concerns, or requests for plan adjustments.
• Seek appropriate licensed professional help if you experience a mental health crisis or require clinical support beyond the scope of our wellness services.
• Not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell plan materials, audio resources, or proprietary content provided by Liveeuclean without written permission.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on liveeuclean.world, including text, graphics, logos, plan templates, audio recordings, video materials, software, and the overall design of the website, is the property of Liveeuclean or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use plan materials solely for your personal recuperation journey during the active period of your purchased plan. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS, THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED WITHIN ANY PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME, OR THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIVEEUCLEAN FOR THE SPECIFIC RECUPERATION PLAN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liveeuclean and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms of Use, your misuse of our services or plan materials, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

Liveeuclean may suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, shall survive.
