This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and plan modifications may be requested for products and services purchased through liveeuclean.world or directly from our Houston office.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all recuperation plan packages offered by Liveeuclean, including the Clarity Starter plan at $149, the Balanced Renewal plan at $279, and the Complete Restoration plan at $449, as well as any add-on services, supplemental check-in sessions, or digital resource bundles purchased in connection with these plans. This policy does not apply to third-party products or services that may be referenced on our website but are not sold directly by Liveeuclean.

Nature of Our Products

Our recuperation plans consist of personalized wellness guidance, digital and written materials, audio resources, and optional live consultation sessions. Because plan content is customized based on information you provide during your introductory consultation, and because digital materials are delivered upon plan commencement, our return and refund policies reflect the personalized and intangible nature of these services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Liveeuclean offers a seven-day satisfaction guarantee for all recuperation plan purchases, beginning on the date your personalized plan is delivered to you. If you are not satisfied with your plan within this seven-day period, you may request a full refund provided that you have not completed more than one scheduled check-in session and have not downloaded or accessed more than twenty-five percent of the digital resource materials included in your plan package.

To request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee, contact us with your order details and a brief explanation of your concerns. We will review your request and respond within three business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days.

Cancellation Before Plan Delivery

If you cancel your recuperation plan purchase before your personalized plan has been designed and delivered, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the plan package purchased. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before your initial consultation has been completed or, if the consultation has occurred, before your written plan document has been sent to you. Cancellation After Plan Delivery

After your personalized recuperation plan has been delivered, the following cancellation terms apply based on your plan package:

Prorated refund calculations are based on the number of full weeks remaining in your plan at the time of cancellation approval, not on perceived progress or engagement level.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

If you wish to upgrade from a shorter plan to a longer plan, such as moving from Clarity Starter to Balanced Renewal, Liveeuclean will credit the full amount of your original purchase toward the upgraded plan price. Upgrade requests must be made within fourteen days of your original plan delivery and before completing more than fifty percent of your current plan timeline.

Downgrades from a longer plan to a shorter plan are generally not available once plan delivery has begun. In exceptional circumstances, our team may consider downgrade requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

Check-in sessions and consultations included in your recuperation plan may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours notice without penalty. Sessions missed without twenty-four hours notice or repeated no-shows may be forfeited without refund or rescheduling eligibility. Liveeuclean reserves the right to charge a $35 rescheduling fee for sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice, deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days after processing, depending on your financial institution. If the original payment method is no longer available, Liveeuclean will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in United States dollars. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank for international transactions.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact Liveeuclean directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of any active recuperation plan services and may affect your eligibility for future purchases. We will provide relevant documentation to payment processors to contest chargebacks that do not comply with this Return Policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

Liveeuclean understands that personal circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you experience a significant life event that prevents you from continuing your recuperation plan, such as relocation, serious illness, or family emergency, please contact us to discuss your options. While we cannot guarantee exceptions beyond the terms outlined in this policy, we will review each situation with compassion and may offer plan extensions, pauses, or alternative arrangements on a discretionary basis.

Liveeuclean reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not affect return requests for plans purchased before the policy update, which will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
